I'm havin fun as I can xD
I decided to make my genealogical tree.
For now, sure, the Mom's side is FAR more developped than my biological father's one.
But anyhow, I found out fiew interesting stuff.
Like this story:
Sebastian B. (my great-great-grandpa) was just a poor dude, nothing more but the son of a farmer from Bubice (PL).
Unfortunatly, he fell in love with the countess of a Gilician teritory (an independant part of Spain... yes, another one u.u).
Of course, any of the young people never said a thing about this secret love.
A little time later, while the situation became more difficult and dangerous in Europe, and when the "American Dream" was on everyone's lips. Both of them decided to go to USA. But none of them knew the other lover took the same decision. They found themeselves back onboard the "Graf Waldersee" and understood they are finally free to be themeselves and to love each other if they wanted too.
Sebastian was 17 when they arrived in America, on 25 November 1904. He worked hard to make money he could bring back to Poland and help his familly. 3 years after their arrival, on 30 June 1907, Katarzyna and him got finally married. The girl changed her name so when they came back to Europe, she has no more responsabilities as none was able to say she came back. They bought a little mill and ended their life on working there, not too much though thanks to the money they earned in USA.
This is such a pretty story and exactly the reason WHY I'm making these research~
