Run the software, now. Here is how this little treasure looks like:

So for example eeh... let's say... I wanna convert eeh... *has already all her videos converted to the right format XD* a video titled  : 'BENT WEB - Hiroto, Shou & Tora comment (2007.12.10)'.

Let's make a little side comment:  If the video you want to convert is inside a folder named with chinese/japanese/corean/russian/others than roman characters you may rename this folder. I had a folder titled 'アリス九號.' and everytime I wanted to vconvert a video from it the converter was replying "fuck off! -ok - canceal" (I know it's impossible but it makes me laugh XD). So your videos are in that type of folder you will have to rename it.

Ok now: let's convert this BENT WEB comment:
1) Click on 'New Task' and then 'Import File'

2) Chose the file to convert:

3) Once you've chose a file, you'll get a window where you can chose the final format of the file you want to obtain.

My cell phone does not support videos and I don't have iPod (hate apple >.<) so I'll convert it into PSP video file ^-^. Here is the window I got:

4)Now chose the destination folder for your convertions. Then, click on "Convert now"

You'll get this window since the end of the convertion:

And once it will be completed, he software will automatically open the folder you chose your convertions to be saved in:


It's done! You can convert quite every format to another. You can even convert PV's to mp3 files! It's a very usefull software,hope you'll enjoy it.
